Revs Welcome Carino’s As Team’s First Sponsor
| |  | | | Adam Mellor, president of the American Indoor Soccer League’s Tulsa Revolution, announced this morning that the 2007-08 expansion club has signed an agreement with Carino’s Italian Grill on 6364 East 41st Street to become the team’s first corporate sponsor.
“This is a big day for the Revolution,” said Mellor. “Bringing Carino’s on board is just another step towards taking the Revolution from a dream to reality. I’d like to thank the people at Carino’s for believing in the team and I hope that this is the first step towards a long and fruitful relationship.”
Based in Austin, TX, Carino’s is a successful chain of upscale Italian restaurants with locations in over twenty states as well as locations in Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
The Tulsa Revolution will begin play in their first American Indoor Soccer League season in January at Soccer City Tulsa.
A press conference officially unveiling the Revolution will be held on Saturday, July 28th at 12:30PM at Soccer City Tulsa.
