TWISTERS ADD NEW TALENT

Massachusetts Twisters General Manager Bill Bullock announces signing of Brendan Duggan. The 24 year old Duggan resides in Worcester MA and has had a successful collegiate career.

As a freshman Duggan was first in the conference with the most goals and 2002 MASCAC Rookie of the Year. He was First Team All-Conference all 4 years, all-New England selection junior year. Named Player of the Year and Nationally ranked in NCAA D3 at fifth for most goals in a game (4)...set school all-time scoring record (40 goals, 15 assists, 95 points)... nationally ranked 9th in NCAA D3 for most goals in a single season (18). Duggan is the schools only All-American and he helped clinch the schools first playoff bid in history. Duggan was named team captain 2005, 2006 team captain and was the team leading goal scorer all 4 years.

“Brendan is going to make and impact for us right away, at the tryouts he is one of the guys that just stood out” said General Manager Bill Bullock.

The Twisters will begin their quest to repeat for the 2007-08 AISL Championship starting on the road for the first two games and opening up at the Coliseum on Dec. 1st 2007.
