Rockford Keeps Rolling! Take Fifth in a Row Tonight Over Cincinnati

  
 
The Rockford Rampage tonight continued their dominance of the American Indoor Soccer league this season with their fifth straight win, as they defeated the Cincinnati Excite 12-10 in front of a crowd of 450 at the Victory Sports Complex.

Novi Marojevic led the scoring for the Rampage (5-0) with three one-point goals, one two-point goal, and one assist.

Garret Buck led the scoring for the Excite (2-3) with a two-point goal and a one-point goal. Matt Brienes added two one-pointers and Jack Cummings chipped in a two-pointer.

Dimitri “the Dominator” Meletis earned the win in goal for the Rampage, and Zac Van Frank took the loss for the Excite in his second straight start.

The Rampage will host the Northern Illinois Rebels next Saturday night at the Victory Sports Complex and the Excite will travel to Springfield to face the Massachusetts Twisters. Both games kick off at 7:30PM local time.
